How We Raise our Puppies

Why Our Pups Are Different..

At Stone Giant Schnauzers, we believe that a puppy’s foundation begins long before it ever goes to its new home. That is why our puppies are raised using some methods from the Badass Breeder Curriculum (BAB Program) and as an experienced breeder from my own discretion of what I think works well with the breeds needs —a structured, science-based approach to early puppy development that focuses on confidence, resilience, neurological development, and real-world stability.

Our goal is to produce mentally sound, confident, and adaptable Giant Schnauzers that are prepared for success in family, sport, and working homes.

Raised in a Structure Home Enviroment

Our puppies are raised in a controlled, structured home environment where they are carefully exposed to everyday life in a positive and intentional way. From birth, puppies are surrounded by:

  • Normal household sounds and activity

  • Daily human handling

  • Different surfaces and environments

  • Safe exposure to other dogs when age-appropriate

  • Calm, predictable routines

  • Kennel training introduction

  • Nutrition based meals

This creates puppies that are confident, stable, and well-adjusted.

  • A clean, quiet, and comfortable whelping environment

  • Ongoing support to ensure both dam and puppies thrive

We believe healthy, well-cared-for mothers are the foundation of healthy, confident puppies.
